THANK YOU ALL!!!!....After my gluten-free Meltdown yesterday...I wish to express to everyone my Gratitude for being here...I could not imagine what it must of been like if this had happened years ago and this site hadn't been here!??!...Bless those who have been there without the support prior and for those who made this site now possible!!!...I can actually see after being on here less then a day...that it is going to be a bright and shiny gluten-free day!!!...well for me anyhow...think its going to take a few more for the Gluten Brain to wear off of the bf :D .....

Glad you made it through to the other side. :)

I don't think of a " pool of gluten" , more like a quick sand bog full of moist gummy flour. You just keep sinking until Lassie brings someone to pull you out. So I think Collies and Celiac.com are necessary to feel better and pull us out of the bog.

Think of us as one big collection of the sweetest aunties and uncles you know, with open arms to hug and hankies to wipe your nose and dry your tears when you are scared and cranky and frustrated ...and to provide the occasional good swift kick in the butt when necessary.

No need to drown in the muck and mire of Gluten Head Hell. (that's what I call my time spent there <_< )

Life on the other side...where all things are clear and free from gluteny madness...is much prettier! B)

Hang in there! It gets easier.

" A journey of a thousand steps begins with a single step"

(you probably know I did not write that one  but it sounds really "profound" and cool )

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
