Hi everyone~I'm Julie and I'm married with 2 children. I started the gluten free diet when someone suggested it would help me with my thyroid issues. I tried it 2 years ago and felt great on it but got overwhelmed and quit. Since I recently had my second baby (who thinks sleeping is optional) I've realized it's too hard not being on it. There's no going back for me this time. I'm tired of feeling sick all the time. I don't know how much I'll post on here, but I figured atleast everyone would know who the stranger is.

Welcome to the board. I had one of those babies also. Asleep for 2 hours, up for 2 hours around the clock. Thought I'd never sleep again. If your breastfeeding the little one who knows maybe your being gluten free will help the little one sleep better.

Ask any questions you need to and feel free to vent if needed.

Hi Cathy

Dont give up. Lots of help here. Where are you in Florida? One of my favorite states I have visited.

Your response on this matter is what I expect. You’ve had a similar episode years ago, but this one is lasting longer!

I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?
