So are they or aren't they gluten free? I read the ingredients and didn't think so but :blink: i'd rather ask on here then risk it.

My family likes to use them during thanksgiving.

(i believe that is what they're named, i saw them at king soopers)

Bruce's has a variety of products on the market. As far as I know, none contain gluten but I don't eat all of their products. I've also never know anyone to open a can of yams, pop them in a dish and that is that. You'll have to carefully vet the maker (assuming it is someone who's culinary practices you trust) to find out what else they added and to see if they have been CC'd.

luckily i've yet to face them lol. Yes, i trust the person making them :) Though i might end up doing it :blink:
