I only had one moment recently in 2 1/2 years where I was momentarily sad about not being able to have a particular food but it passed very quickly because I decided to make my own, gluten-free.     Reynaud's is autoimmune and it is also linked with Lupus. I believe it's termed a connective tissue disease also. I do have Reynaud's myself, among other autoimmune problems, and it is linked to celiac disease, which is not surprising.     If you are receiving allergy shots, there is no need to worry at all. Allergy shots are just concentrated forms of what you are allergic to so there should be no fillers or additives to them.     You should have the blood test for Sjogren's Syndrome, which is very common with Celiac Disease. It will cause dry eye and dry mouth because your autoimmune system attacks the salivery and lacrimal glands.
