    How do I get my thyroid tested/what kind of doctor can do this for me? Is there also a way to check your hormone balance and what not? edit: sorry, don't mean to hijack the thread or anything. On topic: I can't think of anything to keep you warmer other than lots of layers, like you're already doing. I have the same problem. Friends give me a hard time...

    I get cold easily too. It's lame. There's only two things I like about winter: snowboarding and the mere fact that I get to wear my black sexy leather jacket 24/7 and my Laker beanie... okay, so three things. Yeah I know, how lame...

    Okay, my hands get cold really easily... well they're pretty much always freezing cold. I was wondering if this could be Celiac related? Any awesome Celiacs here have this same situation?

    I think my throat does the same thing. It always feels swollen and clogged. Hard to swallow pills sometimes, brushing my teeth and I choke easily etc... sometimes can taste things from my throat. You get the picture. =p Anyways, I was thinking maybe it was from the dairy. And I'm kinda a newb at this... but is yeast found in all dairy? I'll go google...

    lol... well, in all seriousness now, I'm a guy and I don't care as much for sex. I'd rather just cuddle and hold each other, chat, all that romantic stuff. Twice a day isn't necessary.

    I just recently started this diet and already feel like a different person... maybe I'd feel even better if I get off dairy too... at least for a while and see what happens. Damn, I could be perfectly healthy if I lived off steak and apples. Maybe that's what I'll do. Never worry about food allergies again! Oh, and lots and lots of vitamin/mineral...

    I'm 18 and I feel like I'm dead. am I the only one that makes stupid mistakes or says wrong things because I can't think straight? brain fog and headaches?? As for the bold, true 'dat, true 'dat... And the toaster bags... WHOA!! That totally owns. I'm so ordering me some. Good thing you mentioned them! I had a huge issue with that...

    Uh.... you shouldn't put up with his crap. And I think he would... if you're more energetic, outgoing, etc, those are the kinds of things he'll notice. Like me, the black lines under my eyes are already starting to fade away... and it's only been like three days. It should be pretty obvious that you're getting better.
