  2. In terms of having celiac disease there is nothing wrong with eating soy. The problem with soy sauces are that many contain wheat which IS a problem on the gluten free diet.   3. Did anybody else happen to catch the segment on Celiac this morning with Dr. Emily Senay? It was a pretty good segment. Short, but informative. Great to get the word out there......hopefully we will keep becoming more and more mainstream!! YEAH!   4. Yep I use Miracle whip with no problems. As with any kraft product all you have to do is read the label for any gluten containing ingredients. Kraft is a great company that clearly labels!! YEAH KRAFT!! -Jessica

  11. Hang in there Victoria. It DOES get much easier. This is a great place to learn and ask questions. Things are very overwhelming in the beginning. You will quickly learn to be a label reader. For now stick with whole foods (fresh veggies and plain meats) until your tummy heals. -Jessica

  16. The only things that hillshire farms says are NOT gluten free are their corndogs and beer brats. Otherwise eat up. I love their products. I've never had any trouble with them. They make a beef log and it is good.....I eat it with cheese mmmm -Jessica

  22. That's right people.........the stinkin' weather man said SNOW!!!!! It isn't supposed to accumulate or stick. However even the sight of snow means that real snow is on the way someday soon. It will be cold and slick and burrrrrr did I say cold??!!! Snow is beautiful if you can stay inside until it melts. UGH!! -Jessica
