    In terms of having celiac disease there is nothing wrong with eating soy. The problem with soy sauces are that many contain wheat which IS a problem on the gluten free diet.     Did anybody else happen to catch the segment on Celiac this morning with Dr. Emily Senay? It was a pretty good segment. Short, but informative. Great to get the word out there......hopefully we will keep becoming more and more mainstream!! YEAH!     Yep I use Miracle whip with no problems. As with any kraft product all you have to do is read the label for any gluten containing ingredients. Kraft is a great company that clearly labels!! YEAH KRAFT!! -Jessica

    That is pretty ironic that Dr. Green is on an Oprah produced program. A year or two ago, the satelite sisters, who had an oprah magazine column got themselves into a stink in the celiac community for something dumb they said They made some comments about the parents of celiac children which of course upset everybody and had them writing into the magazine...

    Hang in there Victoria. It DOES get much easier. This is a great place to learn and ask questions. Things are very overwhelming in the beginning. You will quickly learn to be a label reader. For now stick with whole foods (fresh veggies and plain meats) until your tummy heals. -Jessica

    I drink ocean spray cran-raspberry with no problems. It is pretty good and not as tart as just plain cranberry. -Jessica

    Nope, don't live in KC, however do go up that direction for shopping quite a bit Thanks for the great pizza tip. I can't wait to go check it out. My brother was asking me what I wanted for christmas and I told him "Waldo's pizza" haha Just the thought of having pizza in a real pizza place has me all excited. I'm such a nerd!! -Jessica

    The only things that hillshire farms says are NOT gluten free are their corndogs and beer brats. Otherwise eat up. I love their products. I've never had any trouble with them. They make a beef log and it is good.....I eat it with cheese mmmm -Jessica

    For now I am at peace because it did NOT snow. YEAH!! I love to look at snow. It is very beautiful. I just dont' like driving in it or having to take my class out to recess in it...burrrrrr -Jessica

    That's right people.........the stinkin' weather man said SNOW!!!!! It isn't supposed to accumulate or stick. However even the sight of snow means that real snow is on the way someday soon. It will be cold and slick and burrrrrr did I say cold??!!! Snow is beautiful if you can stay inside until it melts. UGH!! -Jessica
