  5. I know I've read that Lipton uses barley malt for some of their teas but didn't see any questionable ingredients on the bottle that would indicate barley malt (even though I should have known that doesn't mean anything!). I had a bottle of Lipton Raspberry Black Iced Tea on Sunday and I think it made me sick. Does any one know the status of these teas? Also...

My multi-vitamin contains no soy but does have a vegetable based coating that contains soy lecticin. the rep. on the phone said it (soy lecticin) is not made from the soy protein most people are allergic too. 17. Carla- funny thing is- I used to juice! and then when i really started feeling bad with D and stuff I stopped because I thought maybe it was making it worse (before diagnosis of course). I'd like to start again at some point but I'm a little worried that too much at once will throw me off. I used to juice things like spinach, celery, beets occassionally carrots...

  19. Interesting. I'm newly diagnosed and I have genes from both of my parents for celiac neither of whom have ever been diagnosed themselves. However, my dad's hands shake all the time and I've always asked him why and he says "they just do". He is going to be tested for celiac hoepfully soon. I used to get terrible migraines about once a month and in the...
  20. Thanks. When my doctor called with the blood tests she said "yes you are VERY positive" but never gave me the results. Now I know, I'm REALLY positive. 23. I've seen Dr. Mercola myself before I was diagnosed as a celiac and his plan did help me until I stopped because I didn't have an "illness" and since I felt better I didn't need to do it anymore- typical right? Well, five months later here I am back to following his plan. I went to him because they thought I had MS and when i asked around one person said...
  24. do you eat red meat? it was suggested to me to try Bison meat by my alternative health doc. which is actually very tasty and the only red meat I eat except on rare occasions I'll have a regular steak or lamb.
