  4. I make stuffing from Ener-G rice bread. Only thing it's good for, in my opinion. No matter what you do to that bread, it doesn't lose it's shape. So you can dice it into tiny pieces, toast them, and them mix it into stuffing w/ veggies and broth. And you can do the thing where you add broth, bake, stir, more broth, bake, stir. Can do it five times and bread...

  7. I've noticed the same.
  8. Last time I got glutened I knew when it happened, which helps as I take 48 hours to react. I went out and picked up activated charcoal in capsules, digestive enzymes, and Yogi detox tea. It went much smoother than I expected, the charcoal is an effective binding agent, I never even needed Imodium. Some people are finding relief from nettle tea as well.

  12. I'll have to try that 'carrot fry' thing. I think it would be better with sweet potatos, but I'm prejudiced.
  13. I don't know your status with spices, but fresh pepper and parsley are very good additions to that dish. Parsley can be dried too.
