  2. Kym, I have wheat and gluten sensitity. I have found out I can't eat at some resturants (Boston Market). I have had no problems with the finer resturants and talk to the wait staff. Susan

  4. Sounds like it to me. She should feel better if you cut out all wheat/gluten products. There are gluten free alternatives to most of these foods. Maybe she would eat fruit. Susan
  5. Dear Luckygfme I use Energ-y yeast free brown rice or white rice loaf. It is good for toast only. I hope this helps and you start feeling better. Susan
  6. Dear holdthegluten, I can't drink coffee either. I get sick just like you do. Tea has cafeen in it but not as much. Coke has it too, but tht adds sugar also. I drink tea. Susan

  9. Dear Mountain Momma and all A good and easy way to keep a food diary is use www.mypyramidtracker.gov. You can list your foods there and print it out. All you have to do is register. It makes it easy to keep up with food. Susan
  10. Welcome, I know it is overwhelming at first. Take a deep breath and take it slow. It will get easier. The best way to start out is just eat basic at first. An example is chicken, vegetable, rice, corn. Many newly diagnosed also react to dairy. Again welcome. Susan

  12. I am the smallest in my family and the first one to be gluten free. I have had the GI symptoms for years. I am 5'1" and I am well under 100 pounds. I have been this weight for 30 years. Susan
