The pain came in waves every few hours and I could not predict when the pain would come. And of course the pain would come while I was in front of people away from home. I ended up locking myself in a room for about an hour until...

I like being gluten and dairy free, I just don't like that everyone feels the need to put dairy and gluten in almost everything! If you think that you may be allergic to certain foods, maybe get an allergy blood test done? I just had one done in February and one...
  11. Baked chicken with cranberry sauce is also good.
  12. I didn't know about that! This is what I found on Wikipedia, "The United States National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health has suggested that diacetyl, when used in artificial butter flavoring (as used in microwave popcorn), may be hazardous when heated and inhaled over a long period. Workers in several factories that manufacture artificial...
  13. If they will let him use the fridge then you are all set. Just clearly label his lunch bag with his name and that he has celiac disease, so no one will open the bag. If he doesn't have access to a fridge at camp, maybe invest in an ice pack and keep in in a small cooler. You can get coolers in soft lunch bag-like material.
