  18. Do you only get D when you have gluten? Maybe there are other symptoms that would help ou detect gluten. For example, I can tell becasue I can get brain fog, dizziness, a rash/hives, and heart problems.

  21. I know! I have an issue with dairy. I don't understand why dairy is encouraged! The media and the food guide says to eat dairy to get calcium, but actually calcium absorption is much harder by eating dairy. Even if I didn't have an allergy to dairy I still wouldn't eat it.

  25. I can get dairy contamination. I have from Lays Stax and Lays Regular chips. Ragu is the only brand that I can tolerate that has "may contain traces of milk ingredients" on the label.
