Sorry, Donna and Julie...probably the lyme brain. I'll look back and see if I can find it....not sure why my brain was convinced. -

No, that's not the one. Its the one Julie mentioned to me, EcoNugenics or something like that. Sherry -

Carla and Mia, I mostly pushed through the symptoms with the antibiotics as well. I did have one period about month 3 on abx as I recall, where I got really toxic. I think I had been on doxycycline which really really upset my stomach. My doctor had me drop everything for a week maybe 2? He had me doing a special diet, and using a special detox diet powder... -

Rachel, when you fold up your sauna, how small does it get? I am wondering if this is something I should consider taking to China with me, but it has to fold up small with the luggage restrictions these days. Sherry -

Mia, I don't blame you for wanting to fast forward. Hoping it goes okay. My right foot is the most problem as well. Interesting. Sherry -

I think you'd still have to keep them relatively quiet about that long. Maybe set up a plan with them, that includes reading time and special quiet activities for your test day? Also my allergist said it was normal for only some foods to provoke that response, he explained it but I don't remember a lot of the detail. I was to track all the symptom... -

When you say mixed in, do you mean that you add the mint concealer to your foundation powder and mix in before putting it on? I've been doing it separately. Thanks for the info on the cherry fizz. I don't do my nails--seemed to really make the quality of my nails worse, and on me it chips right away. Plus the chemicals bother me a lot. So I am content... -

Those butterfly eyes are beautiful, but seem like waaay too much work for my lifestyle! Also I like a quite natural look. Any ideas for that? -

Thanks Julie, I'm going to try the Original Glo next time. Sounds like what I might need though the semi-matte has been good over the extra moisturizer this week. Of course Oregon is much much more humid than where I have been so I should think about that when I buy. Another question about lip color--again you all may have answered this in past posts... -

Hi, I've missed quite a few pages here as I have been in transition. But I think I have finally figured out the answer to the make-up accentuating fine lines. First, I went to Clinique and took back the things I couldn't use and got $120 back. Now I wish I had brought back more with me from overseas! I talked with them about the skin care issues,... -
I haven't done this for a long time, because I am sensitive to lentils. I used the light brown/greenish ones. I have cooked them up and then added them about half and half with ground beef, with various recipes, such as making a mix for tacos or tortillas. They pick up the flavors and are wonderful.

Andrea, Thanks for the post on the pulse testing. I am going to save that for the future. My allergist had me check pulses when I have done food testing in the past. I would take a baseline pulse just before eating food I was challenging, as well as record baseline symptoms. Then check every 15 minutes. Only some foods would cause a change in... -

Mia I am not sure what your symptoms are but it is certainly possible that you are having a herx and if so, if you can detox and manage to stay with it, eventually it will get better. My additional thought is to check your pharmacy instructions or online, and look at the list of side effects. Try to list your symptoms clearly when you call your doctor... -

LOL! It is hard at first getting everything coordinated. It is very matter of course now for me. When I am really toxic, I can feel lightheaded and weird afterward, sometimes I even take a rest for an hour. But then things clear up and I am much better than before. I sure hope this works for you and helps with some of the symptoms. Sherry -

That's for sure. Interestingly, I remember having difficulty even when I was in college finding shoes that I could walk in comfortably. They would be fine in the store but bother me after wearing them for awhile. Who knows? Maybe I had lyme much longer than I thought. I also had a tick bite as a child. One thing, I wish I had gone much earlier to... -

Julie, I've been feeling the same way...although my nausea has improved thankfully. Julie and Kassandra, I have foot pain too. I have been told that I have lost padding on my feet, also that my feet are very fine and "boney." I've also been told I have 4 other problems with my feet. My LLMD has suspected the foot problems are lyme related but no one... -

Hi everyone. Still dealing with nausea but better today. Some fatigue and brain fog but not really bad. It might be a virus, might be the levaquin, or perhaps the levaquin plus the humaworm. I finished the humaworm yesterday. Wishing you all well, not energetic enough to post much. Jin, thanks for the PM. If you send me your email address I'll... -

Micoplasmal pneumonia is what is known as "walking pneumonia." I've had it once, it was not fun. It is not as severe--like with your lungs filling with fluid, but I was plenty sick with it. Carla, I am extremely sensitive to Prilosec, and several other acid blockers. Prilosec gave me severe muscle pain. So I guess I am stuck with this. -

Carla, (and I think Mia?) on the Levaquin did either of you have nausea? I have been really struggling today and wonder if it is that. Sherry -

Nice to see you Claire and hear an update. That's too bad that ART was not helping, do you think it was the practitioner herself? I notice the Dr. E and Dr. Amy seem to be on high demand. Sherry
