I don’t know about that it’s your choice. I wouldn’t try it only because I went to a clam boil and got sick then I found out they cooked in beer. peace lily

Okay went online to check green mountain k cups .It was said that the regular coffees are fine but they couldn’t guarantee cross contamination.with the flavors. im trying to figure out since I eliminated the suyrup so far so good. I’m hoping. thanks it feels good to listen to other people there views.

Well this is what happen to me . I was still having a little problem with constapation and stomach problems and I’m the only one in the kitchen . Well here’s the thing even small amounts affect people and unfortunately I’m one of those. Cross contamination is a big factor. You really don’t think of it.Im just grateful that there is more and more foods available for cealiac. And I thank all of us that have this forum to get on the right track it’s overwhelming . peace lily🤷🏼♀️

Well for me if they don’t have a designated separate kitchen im not doing it. I tried they say gluten-free but low and behold I got sick again.cross contamination. I live in Rhode Island and I’m lucky to find a couple of places that specialize in a gluten-free kitchen . peace lily😊

I have to agree with you,cross contamination is a big factor for me also I have cealiac and thyroid condition.2 years for me on cealiac. Am I’m still having issues. Went to my gastroenterologist in this past nov. said everything looks good . I am looking into coffee now and what I’ve read cross contamination is possible. I’m stumped. I’m so sick of being s...

Thank you ,it’s been a long road for me for having both now ,what upsets the most is that if they discovered that I also have cealiac earlier I would not have injested gluten if I was aware. Double whammy.

Yes I’m sorry I should of been more clear I guess seeing how it was a gluten free recipe. lm cealiac I only do gluten free products. next time I’ll make sure if I post a recipe everything gluten free. thanks peace lily

My nutritionist gave this recipe. 1/2 c oats 1/2 c cottage cheeses with protein 2 eggs into the blender ,enjoy peace lily😊

Welcome to the forem i got diagnosed in march with cealiac it’s been a process for me I’m strictly gluten free . I went years with suffering with the pain . Thank you I’ll read more.Its good to know that something is available to counteract the gluten from cross contamination. One of the places we tried the first time I was fine ,we went another time and I got sick. So I think definitely cross contamination. thanks peace liy -
