    I have a friend whose husband sent her "Happy 40th" and "Over the Hill" balloons at work on her 39th birthday. So no one would believe her when she tried to tell them she was only 39. And to clarify, since we ARE talking about a guy, he did actually know it was her 39th birthday. I'm 43 . . . I don't have a problem telling people, it's just sometimes...

    But "embarrassingly dark" will go fantabulously with the orange skin that you so desire. (I would recommend an overuse of sunless tanning products to achieve this goal). Thank goodness you did not attempt orange skin with the orange hair. If they were two different color of oranges, it would have clashed hideously.

    Well, over the weekend, I was researching for a friend who's son was just diagnosed with wheat, corn, soy and yeast allergies. He also reacted to milk and eggs but not as severly.     Texasblue, I think both options 2 & 4 sound like good possibilities. I can't talk too much about 2, but if she was on a lot of antibiotics when she was younger, there may be something to your theory of a bacterial imbalance. Hopefully, someone who has experience with that will address that option. We are currently doing a trial gluten-free diet...

    Well, I had to change my avatar. I just could not bear to look at Susie's hair style one more minute! Plus, I do believe, the next time that we <virtually> see her, she should have had her hair "do-over". My new av is my son's self-portrait.     Something from my mom . . . some of the things she sends me are good . . . some are SPAM. "Airlines Announcements" All too rarely, airline attendants make an effort to make the in flight "safety lecture" and announcements a bit more entertaining. Here are some real examples that have been heard or reported (Personally, I doubt this )...

    My daughter has the circles, too. Some days are better than others. I have a sneaking suspition that it's environmental. And . . . I have a fear that it might be the dog. We are going to try some otc zyrtec or claritan for kids - if they make it. FYI, benedryl doesn't guarentee gluten-free (saw that on another thread but don't remember which).

    Iams and Eukenuba (dry dog food) are gluten free. I don't know if those are the ones you were talking about. They are more expensive than say Ol' Roy, but you can get them at Wal-Mart and Target as oppose to the vets office or a pet store. We have been on Iams since we went through our first bag of "cheap" dog food and complained to the vet about how much...

    In my own delusional world - they think I'm pondering dinner alternatives. In reality, they are probably thinking . . . there she goes again, now there won't be any chips (or crisps) for our lunch boxes.
