    I quit buying the syrup crap and started making my own, my kids say it's the best cocoa they've ever had: 1 TBS cocoa powder 1 TBS agave nectar 1 TBS hot water Mix well until all are combined Add 8-12oz hot milk (I use regular for the kiddos and almond for me) It's so rich and creamy, and nothing you can't pronounce!!

    I use Everyday Minerals, but they might be more of a mess since they're mostly powders, but you can order a 5 piece sampler from their website for free-just a tiny bit for shipping.

    I think I'm still hung over from Saturday night. My stomach is soooooo sour this morning, can't seem to shake it. The older I get, the longer it lasts.... Odd weekend, 62 degrees at the beach-Oregon coast in Dec.?!?!?! BIG arse Christmas party, lots o fun, except the host lurved my "toe cleavage" and asked to touch it What do you say to that??...

    I tried this once, even used the heavy duty platic bags and the darned things warped and melted This is what I was going to suggest, I make it frequently. It's super easy and you can assemble the whole thing the night before. You bake it at 350 for 30-45 minutes--when eggs are set, it's done!

    I am thankful that I have this amazing group of friends here to talk to every day! I'm thankful that no one was harmed in our recent car accident, that our son's disappearance from the playground didn't end in tragedy, that my family is healthy and happy and I get to spend the holidays with all of them!

    Envirokidz is the only gluten-free cereal I buy for my kids (it's the cheapest one I can find ) and my dd is so sensitive, she reacts immediately and violently (won't go into details). Neither kid has ever had an issue with any of their stuff that is labeled gluten-free.

    You might not be eating enough. 1000 cal with workouts is too few calories. It is possible that your body has gone into starvation mode and is holding onto everything making it impossible to lose. Just a thought

    I've drug meself back to thee computer. I am now able to walk upright, sit down and get back up without screaming. I only mildly feel the softball sized lump of muscle in my left glute from day 5 of P90X in which I did an hour of legs and back. Today is day 7, the day of rest, thank God!     I use the white routinely in rissoto with no problems. It's a staple in my kitchen for cooking.

    Not to freak you out more, but I can't even bake with gluten anymore. The dust it creates in the air is breathed in, and inadvertently ingested when you swallow. It made my dd very sick.
