  7. I've gotten off of mainstream meds for my anxiety disorder, and my dr has me on Mg/Ca++ suppliment-it's made a huge difference.   18. Which hotel are you staying at? We go there a few times a year and have never had a problem at Cannon Beach, Seaside or Lincoln City (my personal fav). Any fish restaurant works well because you can have them steam or poach fish with veggies.
