  1. I think the egg white would help hold it together without changing the flavor. I made the butter mistake the 1st time I made a cheesecake crust with the Pamela's shortbread cookies-they were so buttery already, after I added the full stick of butter, it was way overboard. But if you really love the cookie crumb crust instead of a regular pie crust for pumpkin...

  3. Do you have a pediatrician? They should be able to order the test. IMO, when I want a test run on myself or my child, I don't beat around the bush and just suggest it, I usually don't give them much of a choice. I know my body and my kids' bodies better than the dr.s and if I think there's something wong, I don't take no for an answer-the women's intuition...

I made these caramel apple bars yesterday that were soooo good-but had to get them out of my house (my co-workers appreciated that ) And I was going to try this cheesecake recipe next week-gluten-free crust of course, because I'm mildly obsessed...

I gained a few lbs this summer, as I always do And I've found if I want to lose a few, I decrease the amount of carbs significantly for 2 weeks or so and then gradually add in the good carbs--fruits, berries whole grains etc...For those first 2 weeks, I just increase my vegetables to about 3cups...

If I was going to make it (and I think I will ), this is what I'd do: 2 eggs 1/2c Pamela's baking mix 1/2c sugar 1/2c bn sugar 3/4c butter 1c choco chips 1c chopped walnuts unbaked pie crust: 1/2 stick butter-melted, 1c Pamela's, 2tbs sugar-mix all in pie plate, pat out into pie plate, refrigerate while you're mixing up the other ingredients...
