    It is sad that we have to deal with any of that. You should get the meal you paid for and requested ahead of hand. It's not being b%$@#y when they are clearly not doing their job. I just have given up on most people and take my own food with me. I hope your next flights go better and that people, including supervisors, do their jobs.

    It's not hard to be gluten-free in college if you stay in control. I don't live on campus and bring food with me for lunch when I have classes or other activities.     Some people have allergic reaction in addition to the Celiac ones. If I use lotion or make-up that has gluten I will get a rash or break out and other people are similar.

    I don't eat any animals because I think that is wrong. I rarely have anything with cheese or milk in it because it bothers my stomach and I avoid anythign with alcohol in it because I don't want it in my body.

    On the show they said she had a spelt crust, yes, but also a rice flour crust and a whole wheat one. On her menu the rice flour one is not listed. Maybe she got ride of it.
