    What ever vitamin/supplements you end up taking make sure they are gluten free. Centrum has changed their formula so for the time being they are not gluten free. I like Nature Made vitamins.     I use to get Amy's frozen meals but was reacting to them. They are really good if you do not have a problem with them.     Thank you for the replies. My husband is still trying out different ways using potatoes (cheaper way to go than trying with chicken etc). The information has been helpful.     I use Act II microwave popcorn. We also have a air popper and use Orville Redenbacher's popping corn (made by ConAgra Foods -- they are good about labling).     I have a Sam's Club card through work. My husband and I mainly get snack food there. Sam's is a lot different from Costco, it has a lot of "snack" type foods.     We just got a deep fryer so we can make gluten free chicken nuggets, fries etc. What type of oil do you use? We just tried Great Value Veg Oil (thinking it would be a good trial starter) but didn't care for it. Thank you very much!

    The first 3 weeks I think it was when I went completely gluten free I was hungry ALL the time. I thought something was the problem.     I have never used or purchased Cayenne Pepper but I have a book (Gluten-Free Grocery Shopping Guide) that shows gluten free seasoning: 365 Everyday Value, Durkee, Spice Islands and Tones Always double check though before purchasing the seasoning. I've seen Cayenne Peppers on Bob's Red Mill site but I do not know if they are gluten free. GOOD LUCK

    I e-mailed them and asked, the person that replied said there was an attachment to the e-mail with their gluten free menu but I didn't see one anywhere. I haven't had time to re-write to them but they do have a gluten free menu. I grew up in Southern California so I was wanting to find out for when we go to visit my parents.

    I tried Silk. The Chocolate is good but I noticed if it starts to get to room temp then it doesn't taste as good.     Whenever I ate gluten I got really bad stomach pains/cramps and had to go to the bathroom A LOT.
