  16. Just because you don't have symptoms doesn't mean the risks associated with celiac disease won't affect you. Your risk of other diseases and conditions might be higher whether or not you have any symptoms, thus you should be on a gluten-free diet. Be sure to discuss this with your doctor as I'm sure he or she will agree.
  17. Sugar, starches and many flours are generally not good for you, but I'm not sure if they contribute to acne. It would be worth cutting down on them in any case.

  20. I know people who have gone to the trouble of putting a brick oven in their backyard just to make pizza, which I would never do. If you don't want to go to that extreme most people recommend using a pizza stone
  21. I've not seen any studies that directly link celiac disease with acne but it is possible that it could be related. I had issues with acne and high school and into my 20s which went away when I went gluten-free. I can't be 100% sure the two are related but I do think it's possible.
