I highly doubt that a multi-billion dollar, publicly traded US corporation with the reputation that General Mills has would sell a product labelled "gluten-free" if it wasn't gluten-free.     Kenlove, did this resolve after you waited 15 seconds? Does it work today? squirmingitch, most of the issues you described are link issues, and not board issues. I've updated most of the link now, so people should get to the board ok. The login issues look like you are using an incorrect user name--try your email address or your screen name.
