We found it at our co-op. My dd said it was okay, no raves, I cut it into shreds. Ours didn't melt. I think it is supposed to melt at high temps. We only tried it on pizza. We seldom eat bread but these recipes I have saved: I make this one often for my dd. Open Original Shared Link You bake it in a square pan and it tastes good. I love recipezaar. I save gluten-free recipes for one dd and gluten-free/vegan recipes for the other dd (works great if you are dairy free)

My friend's son, 12ish, has headaches often, he's not celiac. His doc told him no dairy. His headaches are better but I saw him eating potluck food that had dairy in it so I don't know if he is really df or not. Feedback- my dd came for an unexpected, overnite visit so she got to try this recipe. She really liked it. She didn't want crushed ice, just cubes. I tried this one once so far b/c its egg free. I made muffins instead of bread. They bake about 20 minutes. Super good! I subbed the arrowroot starch for cornstarch, and the rice flour for sorghum. I don't have her book yet, but I was just wondering if you use butter, margarine, shortening, or coconut/vegetable oil in the cookies and if you use xanthan gum. Someone else should be able to answer your question.
