  3. Go to recipezaar #209764. It's called One Bowl gluten free Chocolate cake. I made it once. It's moist and good. You could add choc or pb chips. Alot of people commented on it so be sure to read those too. You can make cupcakes. My notes say to bake them 18 mins and it makes 12 cupcakes.

My daughter takes complex B and magnesium but her trouble is she can't sleep even when she is exhausted. She has a mild case of gluten sensitivity though. Weird how everybody's body reacts...
  7. Go to kill.the.gluten and try the recipe for homemade brownies. The are the best! No kidding!! Follow the directions exactly but you can sub choc chips for the chunks. I used real butter.   24. I never saw the pics or read the posts but you could check out "chicken skin" (kertosis pilaris) and see if any pics and info match. My daughter has it and I am sure its caused by gluten so we are going gluten-free with her. She ate biscuits and it felt like she had spiders crawling on her arms. Just lots of pokey, itchy bumps that won't go away.
  25. I have been adding coconut flour to all my baking to try it out. I used 1/4 cup in choc chip cookies that called for 2 1/4 cups flour(1/4 cup subbed ). I used 2 or 3 tablespoon fulls in other recipes. So far I can't tell anything and the recipes turn out great. I will keep using it b/c its so good for you.
