    I tried an ice pack again last night to sleep. Its still very swollen, from my knee down. I picked the worst weekend to hut myself...for the weekend the hospital's closed or whatever (no docs on call) because some of the docs are going to the other small towns around here to help them out. yet I only live a block away.     Thanks guys!! Its still kinda swollen on me, basically been having it constantly wrapped up. i still cant really get my leg straight, and i cant bend it. I'm telling everyone I'm starting to feel like that dude in the game Operation ~ lisa ~

    Thanks. usually these jacuzzi tubs tho are good for soreness. One of the other ladies that lives here gets back spasms a lot and she says the hot bath really helps for her spasms, arthritis, and migraines. I'll be a block away from the hospital since i'm going home from tomorrow night til monday morning, so if anything i dont have to go far for help! someone...

    Like I dont have enough problems right now, I just had to go and find a way to injure myself even more, and yet totally by accident once again. I was just leaving school and I went to the bathroom (since its a 20 minute or so walk to the house here) and when i stood up i hit my knee against the metal garbage thingy in the stall.     They say it'll arrive to you in 2 days, but for me it usually takes at least 3. it depends where you live in the country. Saskatchewan is stupid...it goes to manitoba first, and then to Sask..if they make a mistake with the shipping or if it shows up spoiled they usually send you a replacement for free. ~ Lisa ~

    I still get panic attacks quite a bit, seem to be more after gluten-free..but then again, most of my panic attacks come from seeing crumbs lying around (I'm a veryyyy sensative Celiac!). but i do panic a lot more, if people make me upset too much or something or bring up a really sensative subject...it goes to the point i basically have an asthma attack over...

    i would just see how long the mucous sticks around, and if it lasts a while maybe go get checked out just to be safe? not to scare you but since i've had my new (still unknown) major stomach issues starting last january Ive had a lot of mucous in my diarrhea, which has then been followed by more and more frequent blood and pain. you're could just be glutening...

    not sure what it could be, my DH is a bit odd...it starts off itchy, then turns into pimple-like white blobs, then these kinds break and burn/itch even more than the pimple-like spots, and eventually some of these breaking spots turn into psoriasis. And i know it is DH even tho a dematoligist refused to believe me because I take Dapsone and it definitely...

Most of these shots i was in the right place at the right time, so theres no way i could wait for better lighting.     After yesterday's weird contamination i've decided an acronym we use is wrong... CC shouldnt stand for Cross Contamination, it should be Cu-ckoo because thats exactly how I turn when glutening comes around ~ lisa ~

    I still get them a lot, randomly too. I can tell you what is the freakiest...when they are RECURRING nightmares . that sure leaves me terrified of even to sleep the next nights. And i can tell you another thing...since getting Celiac is when they have showed up more and more, and when they seem more real. there's a reason why they freak me out too, but...

    I still have a lot of difficulty with concentration, especially if I get glutened. It goes farther than brainfog. Even after being gluten-free it hasnt made much of a difference for me. i've only had Celiac for 4 years, and have had the concentration problems since. I can forget where I placed things, can forget to phone people, it makes homework and tests...

    Yes, my symptoms and reactions and sesativities have gone bad, to the point I dont think it could get worse. You can imagine how i felt when I had to eat gluten 5 days for a test...it took me almost 2 weeks to recover. I get sick from breathing in flour/grains, too.     Must be nice Someone in Saskatchewan needs to get the brains of anyone east and west of us so I too can someday find all the gluten-free stuff i eat at a local store, and dont have to travel at least 2 1/2 hours to buy food ~ lisa ~
