    HA!!! I dont think I'll follow your advice at all. Rice Krispies are NOT gluten free. There are other cereals that are, but this isn't one of them!     The thing that turned me off was the review on Amazon saying they would not refund her money. Any company that will not issue a refund to a customer who is not satisfied sounds like a bad place to deal with to me. I'm not going to give them a dime of my money now that I know that about them!     I believe it caused my infertility. I have had lots of testing done to figure out why I wasn't getting pregnant, and NOTHING was wrong with me that they could find.     Just wanted to update this. I just called Tropical Sno today, and was told their shaved ice flavors are all gluten free. I was also told the owner is gluten intolerant, and he enjoys the sno cones, and he cannot eat any gluten. We have a little hut in town that sells these all summer, so now I can enjoy one!     I have a bun in MY oven! And my last miscarriage was 14 months before this pg, with infertility during that time. Also had another year-plus of infertility before that miscarriage. Now, suddenly I'm pregnant, at 38! And so far this pregnancy is going well!

    Both of your items look gluten free. Like Psawyer said, that soy sauce has it's ingredients listed and none contain gluten. Plus the company SAYS it's 100% gluten free, so I dont think they would then use soy sauce that contained gluten. And MSG does not have gluten even if it SOUNDS like it does.     I found their bread to be quite dry/crumbly. It was only good for toast in my opinion. It made an okay fried bologna sandwich, LOL, but again I toasted it first.

    We went to a place in Denver called Blue Bonnet Cafe, strange name for a Mexican Restaurant but they were very busy and popular! Anyway, they have a gluten free menu!!     I am currently 10 1/2 weeks pregnant with our 4th child. My history of pregnancies includes 7 pg's, with 3 children now.     I just bring my own cracker and ask the pastor to bless it the same as the other. If I sat and dwelled on it, I could make myself feel really sad about it but I dont, I just figure I'm glad I have an alternative! Sometimes we just have to change our thinking.
