If you have made reservations for dining on Disney property you can make a note on your reservation(s) regarding your allergy...Disney has gluten-free breads, pasta, desserts, snacks! In Florida there are plenty of "chains" that offer Gluten Free foods. You can also ask to see the "Chef" or Manager at any restaurant when ordering your meal so that you can be sure the foods are Gluten Free. Also ask at the hotel or go online to the Whole Foods website and see if there is a store near you. We have 2 here in Orlando and they offer plenty... -

Good Question! Butter Beer is non-alcoholic which is a bonus and it comes 2 ways frozen and non. I know that pumpkin juice tastes good. If you decide to "remove" casin you might want to go so far as remove lactose. I went lactose free and have been feeling so much better. There are tons of choices on the market. If you want to dine on property don't let you "dietary" needs keep you from doing so, when you call the reservation center just let them know your restrictions and they will note them on the reservations. However, it use to be possible to get Goodings, a local grocery store to deliver specific items to the Home a-way from Home resorts.
