Go for it, Amanda. You can not make a better investment than your own home. As mentioned, rent payments are just gone. Every dollar you put towards the mortgage is investing in your future. And in the US (but not in Canada), you can take a tax deduction for the interest. -

If you reduce your gluten intake, it is common for you to become more sensitive. Try cutting it out completely for a while. If you feel better, you may want to consider trying a gluten challenge where you reintroduce it to your diet. If you get sick again then you know the answer. -

Well, you already are aware about fruits, vegetables and meat. Those are fine when they are plain. It is the seasonings that can be a problem. If you want bread and other baked stuff, these can be made without either gluten or casein. Casein is the protein in milk, so a casein-free diet and a dairy-free diet are pretty much the same thing. As Patti and Lisa said, there are a lot of things that can affect recovery time. I saw a noticeable improvement in a couple of weeks, but took about six months to fully recover. Here in the frozen North, there is VH brand Soy Sauce. It is gluten-free and is sold as a mainstream product in just about every grocery store. We use it, and think highly of it. VH has a large line of sauces, and just about all of them are gluten-free. VH is owned by ConAgra, an American company, but is only sold in Canada. Pity. -

Look for the line near the top of the screen where is says "Logged in as." Click on My Controls, which is to the right. On the right side of the new screen is a major heading, Menu. The bottommost item (you'll probably have to scroll down) is Change Password. -

This was certainly a part of it, with slow film taking a long exposure. Faster exposures could be made with wide aperture lenses, but the optics weren't so great then so you got blurry results. My understanding is that the eight major allergens (wheat is one of them) must be disclosed regardless of how small the quantity. That is law (not regulation) in the US, applying to all FDA regulated foods produced on or after January 1, 2006. It is unlikely that any foods made before 2006 are still on the store shelves.
