  2. I had this problem a few years ago. Besides the basics like unscented soap ( dove), tide free detergent , no fabric softener with underwear , I used AZO YEAST. it's a supplement u can get at Walmart in the feminine hygiene section. Yellow box. It works miracles! It's basically lactobacillus highly concentrated. That's the only thing that got it really unde...

  10. Does anybody know if Tootsie Rolls/ Fruit Tootsie rolls are okay to eat? I don't see them on this Easter list but I've seen them on past lists and in 2 books I have. I saw some Tootsie Fruit Rolls --which you never see anywhere!- and would love to eat them. I don't see anything bad on the package, nor contamination warnings. THis packaging does say Happy...
  11. I've used the Tri Color Mrs. Leeper's pasta multiple times for a cold pasta salad. It works great as long as you don't overcook it. Then it gets really mushy and gross. It goes from looking nowhere near done to very mushy in a quick time frame. You have to really watch it. If you don't cook it too long, it's great!
  12. Welch's has gluten-free fruit snacks. Says it right on the box and each individual packet.
  13. Thanks for all the suggestions! That list very handy! Didn't know it was on here! Makes things a lot easier

  15. are any brands gluten-free?
  16. I'm by no means a big drinker, hence this is the first time I"ve investigated this question for a year now... However this weekend I'm going to horse races and normally have a drink or two while there. What liquor drinks are gluten-free? Certain brands? Certain types? WHat's a pretty safe drink to order when you're out at places like that? Do the mixers...
  17. I haven't found any chewing gum with gluten. I don't know about bubble gum.
  18. That's the one I have too. The vitamin pak with energy. I've had a recent spike in Celiac antibodies so I'm trying to figure out where it came from. Haven't found anything yet with gluten in it. I didn't think it was the vitamins, but thought I'd ask around.
  19. If a Kirkland brand multi-vitamin is labelled gluten free & wheat free, would you trust it? Does anyone take this brand? Same question with Nature's Bounty. Has anyone had any issues with this brand? Both products are labeled gluten free and I've called the companies and they say there is no barley or rye in them. Some people have talked on here...
  20. Thanks for your advice! I'm glad to know that I'm not alone but it's still frustrating (the weight gain and the tTG level!) I am keeping a food diary. It's an online one that makes it quite easy. Also easy to see calories, carbs, sugar, etc. The exercising doesn't seem to make me feel bad or anything. It actually makes me feel better, no pain or anything...
  21. I double checked with my vitamin company and they said they definitely are gluten-free. Nothing hidden. I've still stopped taking them, just in case, for the next month. Per my doctor's instructions, I'm not eating out for a month. Eating only whole, natural foods. I'm eating veggies, fruits, rice, eggs, and meats with no additives. I'm not adding sauces...
  22. How do you found out how many PPM of gluten are in a gluten-free product???
  23. Do you still have access to that article? I'd love to read it. I can't find very much info about it on the web. Have you ever read about peoples' TTG levels initially dropping but then spiking back up despite gluten-free adherence?
  24. Great, Thank you all!
