  3. If you cannot find superfine sugar, just stick granulated sugar into your blender or food processor and process until it is very fine. It is far cheaper than buying it!

As I haven't found any commercial crackers I like I make my own simply by using some gluten-free pizza dough, rolling it very thin, drizzle with good olive oil, sprinkle with rosemary and fleur de sel and voila!   24. Glad you found something you like! I personally do not like them at all but I found that grilling them produced a far better flavour and texture. I prefer to make my own.
