    Hi All! I still get night sweats even if I don't eat gluten haven't in 5 years. I do consume sugar... Someone mentioned antibiotics -- I did that for a infection in my gums from a broken back tooth I had no idea I had. I was on the antibiotics only a few days and I felt GREAT! I was shocked.     I am also one that can't tolerate LACTOSE and SOY. A little bit will make me sick a lot makes me sicker. BEWARE LACTOSE & SOY is in our medications too. I've ended up on thyroid medication (I believe it and a few other factors is a result of a soy problem). So be smart and research what is in your medication I did and what a shock I got....

    I agree... I wouldn't go near it! I use coco butter and believe it's kept me looking young. I live in Florida. I use it on my legs instead of stockings, and all over my body, hands and feet -- but not on my face. Only because it's a little greasy...

    SOY is a major NO NO!!! Gluten & dairy free for 4 years suddenly I have developed, a huge problem after my thyroid problem (a year ago) with SOY (legume), NUTs (nut milk too), NIGHT SHADE VEGGIES, CORN and other types of food. It slowly creaped up on me in a 4-year span. Why? Why are other foods toxic to us?
