  1. We eat the Bisquick gluten free pizza crust once a week. We actually love it. Mine does not come out sticky or ricey at all. Mine is a nice crispy crust. I do add 1/2 cup of Kraft Parm. cheese (shaker cheese)to it though before I spread it in the pan.
  2. Bought a box of the Snickerdoodles. They taste the same to me. I just love them!
  3. I made a batch of Betty Crocker gluten free chocolate chip cookies this morning and I just made ice cream sandwiches out of them and wrapped each one. I put them in a container in the freezer along with my brownies and banana bread (from the yellow cake mix) It's so nice to have this product to rely on! Thank You Betty Crocker people!!!!!
  4. Next time, pop a Lactaid pill. Works like a charm!
  5. I use crushed corn or rice chex or crushed mission corn chips for breading. I think the best banana bread is made from the Betty Crocker yellow cake mix. Recipe on website.
  6. I have been adding 1/4 cup of water to both the gluten free Betty Crocker chocolate chip cookies and brownie mixes and have gotten a much lighter and moist product. Does anyone else add or do anything differently with the mixes?
  7. I take Mylanta original liquid for gas. It sounds like you have been glutened! Peppermint tea also helps with gas. You can also try benadryl or Pepto. Don't take the gasx, mylanta and pepto together though.
  8. Pepto does help the runs and helps soothe the stomach. The pain may last a while but at least you are healing now. The peppermint tea really helps a lot.
  9. I will. I can't wait to try them!
  10. Yes, plain rice and potatoes gets old! Cream of Rice cereal is gluten free. It's pretty good. I add brown sugar and raisins to mine. Rice chex is good with cinnamon and sugar sprinkled on it and it makes the best marshmallow treats. I usually eat something every 3 hours. But in between that, I am always drinking something.
  11. Sounds yummy! I'm going to try tomorrow.
  12. It's hard isn't it. I am hypoglycemic as well. The hardest for me is in the morning. For snacks, I eat an insane amount of rice and corn chex. I make up a little trail mix with nestle milk choc. chips, the chex, marshmallows, raisins. I usually take a bag of that with me in my purse. Fruit is good or Jello or pudding, Lays Stax or popcorn or Mission...
  13. It sounds like you may be getting sick from cross contamination. Try eating whole and unprocessed foods for a few weeks and avoid the restaurants. What you are feeling is normal. I usually take Tylenol or advil and drink a lot of peppermint tea with sugar. You could also take some Pepto. You may need to cut out dairy for a little while too. I hope you...
  14. Red Zinger by Celestial Seasoning Tea is gluten free and really good. Here is a link to it. You can find it in most regular grocery stores. Open Original Shared Link
  15. I can't eat the Amy's meals either. When I want something quick that I can microwave, I stick with Dinty Moore beef stew and steamfresh rice. Sorry you are not feeling well! Spicy meals as long as they are gluten free are fine for us. Your green chili stew should be fine as long as everything in it is gluten free.
  16. I like the So Delicious yogurt too. Roads End Organics makes a Gluten-free Casein-free mac and cheese. Open Original Shared Link They have a lot of Gluten-free Casein-free things there.
  17. I have been craving onion rings! Does anyone have a recipe for them? I was thinking that I could dip onion slices in egg and then in bisquick and fry them but im not really sure. Anyone know?
  18. I can't eat anything Hershey. It all makes me sick. I think they have CC issues.
  19. The Betty Crocker gluten free brownies are pretty much like the real deal texture wise. They are a chewy brownie. Why don't you make some of those and have some vanilla ice cream with it! There is also a sugar cookie recipe on the Betty Crocker gluten free website. They taste exactly like regular sugar cookies.
  20. When you mention Lunchable, are you talking about the product called Lunchables or something else? I thought that these contained meat, cheese and crackers. Are there some gluten free ones? Are they labeled as such? Thx!
  21. Are you saying that you are craving gluteny foods?! If so, when I get that way. I usually make up some Betty Crocker gluten free cookies, cupcakes or brownies. If you can do dairy, ice cream is good! For something salty, I make popcorn or have Lays Stax. You can make pancakes or pizza out of the gluten free bisquick or make some tacos or something.......
  22. Which brand of coffee do you prefer and do you drink regular or decaf? I have been reading about all of the chemicals used to process decaf. I was reading an article that talked about how decaf was worse than regular b/c of the chemicals used to process it and when you have an autoimmune disease such as celiac, you should avoid those chemicals. Is the caffeine...
  23. I went to the store to find my normal brand of organic coffee to find that it has been discontinued. Ugh! So, I bought some Maxwell House mostly b/c it's a Kraft product and I trust Kraft. Does anyone use this brand and what do you think of it? Thanks!
  24. On the Betty Crocker gluten free website, there is a recipe for cheesecake. It uses the Betty Crocker gluten free chocolate chip cookie mix as the crust. It is amazing! Everyone loves it.
  25. I may have had the older non tested ones b/c the date on my bag was March 8th. I think that they have a shelf life of several months. at any rate, I wont be eating them again. I emailed Frito Lay and they told me that the Stax were still the only chips produced on dedicated equipment.
