Ok,This my sound really wierd but my wife came up with this method. She makes her own bread crumbs with Udi's or Rudi's bread whatever you like.Next she mixes in gluten free instant potatoes with the crumbs. Finally she wets the cutlet in an egg wash and rolls it in the crumbs and instant potatoes.Fry in a pan with some oil and there you go.They stay together... -

ARCHIVED Should A Warning Label Be Made For Celiacs?
Meatballman replied to Finally-45's topic in Doctors
Prescription meds. are not always gluten free.Sometimes the pharmacy is not even aware and it becomes necessary to call the manufacturer. It can be a pain but I check with each refill.Believe it or not sometimes they change the ingredients from time to time.So double check just to be safe. -
I agree with you. This burns my *** too.If one more friend or family member tells me they should go gluten free to lose weight I'm going to explode.I would not wish this sentence on anybody.

Meatballman replied to WinterSong's topic in Gluten-Free Foods, Products, Shopping & Medications
Rudi's whole grain and cin/raisin are good.In my opinion they are better than udi's.A company called AGAINST THE GRAIN makes excellent bulkie type rolls and also sub rolls.Same company has agreat frozen three cheese pizza and a pesto pizza as well.I have one of these pizzas every saturday night. -

ARCHIVED This Might Be A Very Silly Question But Here It Goes :(
Meatballman replied to Dellers's topic in Coping with Celiac Disease
Not to worry Disney world has plenty of rest rooms .Went last August no problems. -
I would also get stomach burning when first diagnosed.AS time goes on and you start healing it will become less frequent.Just had some spicy Salami no burning.Gine yourself plenty of time eat basic foods at first introduce the rest gradually.Good luck things will get better.
