  1. I have not found info on Wes am courious though. I know Drew Brees is either a Celiac or Gluten Sentitive.
  2. I have been using Minute Rice for years it says gluten free on the box and I have not have one single problem with it. Uncle Benz is good to. I like to quick cooking rice, quess I am a bit lazy when it comes to cooking rice.
  3. Sensitive or not if you are putting gluten into your body you are doing damage, whether you feel it or not. I changed everything, makeup, shampoo, body lotion etc, and I am glad I did
  4. I have being going to Traders Joes since diagnosis and I have never had a problem.
  5. I know Campbles say they are gluten freen but I have had problems with Swansons Chicken Broth, I buy the one at Trader Joea now and have had no problems since.
  6. I use Blistex Medicated lip balm in the white and red container but Neosiporin has sulfa in it and I am highly allergic to that, just another thing I have to look out for. My lips do dry up and even split and get very store, if I put that balm on my wrist it will blister or rash out. Hope this might help.
  7. It took me almost a year to get to a full capsule. I have lots of experience with die off. Its not a bad thing, it telling you it working but you don't feel so good. Makes for a tough day. My doctor said in order for the drug to help you, you must be able to tolerate it and that may take time and patience. So go slow, very slow, your body will tell you...
  8. I don't trust Pacific Naturals too many problems with that company and Gluten Free as yes that combo does sound gross.
  9. I take Advil all the time and never had a problem.
  10. I have been giving our Herseys milk chocolate bars, I am allergic to casian's but I seem to be able to eat them. I buy them real close to the day cause I don't want to eat them all. They have the small mouthful bars not cheap but good.
  11. I have not found any Gluten Free Challah, that would be great. I just do with out since there is no way I am making it myself. If you find any let me know. Thanks.
  12. As we speak I am having a bowl of Chex Cinnimon Cereal, its my favorite, no problems what so ever, so you can check that one off the list.
  13. Are you sure you are not latose or casean intollerant. I can no longer eat Ice Cream because I felt like I was cross contiminated but it was the milk allergy that got me sick. Now I can have a very little bit every so often but thats it. I miss ice cream. You can easily get tested for other food allergies. Just an idea, hope it helps a bit.
  14. Several people from my Support Group have had reactions to Pacific Natural Foods. I won't even try it since some of these people have been gluten free for many years. They can't figure out why have had several discussions with the company and other members of the group. But I do know people who swear by Pacific Natural Foods. I just get too sick to take...

I forgot to each most of a day and was nowhere near home, I always carry a Lara Bar in my purse for such an ememgency and boy all of a sudden it tasted so much better and the low bood sugar and dizzyness that brings went away. Just saying that when you are hungry and have low blood sugar you will be so glad that you have one, even though it was almost flat...
  16. We all wish they had that magic pill, and yes you can get sick from such a small amount even smaller, one sip would get me sick. Hang in there it will pass.
  17. CeraVe is gluten free but not cheap. It was given to me by a gluten-free doctor. Its put out by Coria Laboratories Inc. in Fort Worth, TX WWW.CerVe.com I use the hydrating cleanser since my skin is so dry.
  18. I just bought the above product from Trader Joes but now I am not sure its safe, the vinegar is ok But it says natural flavors, which makes me nervous, what can they add to pickles? Its not opened yet. Should I take it back?
  19. I am sitting here eating Udi's white bread (tuna sandwich) for lunch. I seem to be okay with the white bread but have not tried their other products yet. Baby steps. I get sick for a month with just a small amount so I tend to be extememly careful. I want to try their granola next. I know I can eat pure oats since I do so on passover, I eat tons of that...
  20. I get more pain now then before I was diagnosed, your body has a little time with out gluten and it was happy, now that its been glutened again its telling u u need to stop by making u even sicker. At least thats what the doctor told me.
  21. I have not had any problems with Hersheys, just a little trick someone at Trader Joe's told me if the product is kosher and is supposed to be gluten free it probably is. The kosher product with and OU on it (a circle with an U in it) is cleaned 10 times better. That OU cost the company around $20,000 (not kidding) this affords a rabbi on site to check the...
  22. Same thing happened to me, I was frustraited and sneezing. The doctor gave me Clarinex. It is not otc but I have and no proplems since I started. I also take Omnaris (a nasil spray) now I am set. Both will need prespriptions. But after waht I went thru finding something, its worth it.
  23. Any uncured hot dogs or bacon for that matter. Been eating Trader Joes hot dogs. They are great.
  24. I have been taking Advil since I was diagnosed in 2006 and I have not had one single problem. I take it fairly often. Just letting u know.
