    If your stomach is burning it may be GERD.....I didn't think I had any problems with the typical acid reflux but doc put me on Nexium and I actually had to stay on it for over 5 months while my system healed.     Recently had a problem with swelling of my feet. I doubled my vit D intake, 1000 IUs 2x daily. Was also getting tingling so increased my zinc to 30 mg 2x daily. And I was getting pins and needle poking which I read could be a need for L-carnitine and/or a replacement of electrolytes (Gatoraid). Hope that helps!

    I too have GERD, off-balance, vertigo along with the bowel issues, had many more symptoms as mine had not been caught. Lack of absorbtion of vitaimns lead to twitches and muscle spasms, memory was like I had early Alheimers. My neck was incredibly stiff, blurred vision. Docs put me thru tons of tests.     My suggestion is to request a test for Celiac. However,realize the result smay not be accurate and you still may have an intolerance and the test will be negative.     I have tried ImmuneCare Glutenase Plus and was pretty empressed with what it was able to do for my stomach and digestive system but it did not prevent the off-balance issues. Curious if you normally would have balance issues, foggy memory when you had glutens before you found Now Foods Super Enzymes?
