    Hey! Great thoughts and ideas. I've been thinking about doing a bike ride (& get some of my friends to help too) to earn $$ for research (once i'm more trained, i'm only up to 15 miles right now). We'll see....that's kinda my overall yearly goal (besides losing some of this stupid gluten-free weight gain agh!) BUT, i'm also a BIG hiker and I love...

    Cool idea! I keep a gluten-free journal but I admit i've gotten a bit slack with it. I am still good about writing down dates and time frames of when I get headaches, have diarreah, nausea and other such aches and pains...but I really need to start being more thorough. Keep me posted on what ideas you get. I'd like to develop a good basic guide to follow...

    Are they all doing the same thing?? I know that sounds dumb but guess i'm just curious if they are collaborating at all with one another in their research or are they each researching their own thing or what? YEP, i'm confused which we all know doesn't take much in my case. HAHA!

    I was just curious if anyone knows the difference in the Univ of Maryland research center and the Univ of Chicago research center?? Just trying to get a better understanding of them & if there is a difference between them, etc. Hope this question makes sense, i'm tired today.

    I'm not a big chip eater, but someone mentioned to me that Doritos were gluten-free? I had to raise an eyebrow....anyone have any insight?

    My aunt sent me some samples of that. Her grocery store was passing them out one day. I haven't tried it yet though b/c I just can't bring myself to cook a hot breakfast with the temps here being 95 and up! Check back w/ me when winter hits and i'll give you my opinion!!

    A dear friend of mine found some New Grist Beer for me & surprised me with it yesterday! It is DELICIOUS! I highly recommend it!

    Okay, i'm gonna sound REALLY dumb i'm sure but can someone please explain to me what these enterolab tests are? I keep seeing threads about them but don't have a clue what they are, what they look for, why you would have them done, do you have to ask for them to be done or does your dr suggest them etc. Thanks in advance!

    You girls are a trip! I am gonna go to Charlotte (where I live doesn't have squat) on Saturday where they have 2 health food stores there where I plan to buy gluten-free Beer and look for hair stuff! I'll let you know what I end up with. And don't worry, I have no plans to get snockered and do anything crazy to my hair. HAHA!

    I thought the same things about the Giovanni website...finally just looked it up on another site. HAHA! For those of you who use Giovanni products where do you usually buy yours from??? Wasn't sure where they carry them (i.e. grocery stores? drug stores? health food stores??)

    I eat the rice pizza too and had no problems...but i'm not happy to hear about the possible CC issue...Darn it and I love that pizza!!!
