  1. Okay here's the deal...I spent about an hour on the phone w/ them but did not get through their entire product list b/c they have to look up the ingredients to each product and it takes a lot of time. I nicely & strongly encouraged them to create a "Safe List" to avoid the painful "look up" process for them and us...not sure if they'll compile one or...

  7. Hey! I currently live in Wilson, NC (just outside of Smithfield) but have also lived in Raleigh and Angier over the past few years which are also outside of Smithfield. Unfortunately, I have not had ANY luck w/ eating out in any of these areas & have stopped eating out all together b/c of cross contamination. Of course Outback has a gluten-free menu...

  9. I too have had this headache issue. I talked to my DR about it and his concern was CROSS CONTAMINATION.....My dr has encouraged me to not eat out at all & really watch my own kitchen to assure everything is gluten-free for the next 3 months to see if there is any improvement so he can determine whether this is a CC issue or something else. He also recommended...
  10. Thanks so much. I have continued to look into this and I have found two different responses on their website.... The first one says: Q: Is Dannon yogurt gluten free? A: We no longer use the term gluten free with respect to our yogurts. Instead we separate our products into gluten safe or not gluten safe categories, depending on the specific brand...

  19. Just curious if anyone is on Weight Watchers and how it's panning out w/ having to be on a gluten-free diet??? I was on Weight Watchers several years ago and did well.
