    Sunni - A *tablespoon* per egg? Doesn't that give it a chemical taste? Do you use such a large amount even when the recipe calls for multiple eggs? This one called for 3 - and that would have been 3 Tablespoons - which seems like an awful lot! Anyone - I was really unhappy with my ener-g foods egg replacer and bought some tofu yesterday...

    Ya, that's weird. I'd never heard of Splenda containing gluten! Hmm... I imagine it is on the list because it "can't be verified" (?) Who knows! This site does say that it "errs on the side of caution" for those who are ultra-sensitive to gluten. I like that.
