  2. If you list any sympton of any disorder and ask "can it be from Celiac" you are garenteed to get ppl to say YES. Wether or not its true I can not say.   3. I disgree, I run a very active message board (More active then this one), using the same software so I have a very good biases of comparsion. 20 seconds is plenty. 60 is WAAAAAAAAAAAAAay to much.

  5. One way to find out for sure would to be keep your child away from the for a short time, if you child gets better, then at least you know for sure before you try to appoarch them on it. Just a thought.

  7. If you have Celiac, then its all or nothing. Wether or not you react is NOT A GOOD TEST. If you have celiac, every crumb does damage, wether or not you "react" to it. If you do not have Celiac, then why do you react to wheat? Have you been tested for an alergy?

  10. I have the opposit. When I consume gluten my BP spikes up, but when Im gluten-free its more normal.

  13. You have a postive blood test, and postive diet response, what more you do you need????? GI doc may want to do a endscopy, to "confirm" the blood test.   14. I do not know about Egg Nog in general, but I know Slik makes a "nog" thats Egg Free, Dairy Free, and gluten free. Its called "Silk Nog" I think. Pretty tasty.
  15. No eggs, no flour, means the end of our Christmas Tradition of a birthday cake for Jesus. Or so one would think, but Baskin Robbins graciously special made us this cake pictured here; it is completely gluten and egg free! What is made out of? Chocolate Ice Cream of course!   23. With the new labels, if they do not list WHEAT, then all we have to look for is OAT, BARLY, RYE? Or do we still have to be concerned with all the hidden ones?
