    OKay this is odd. I tested NEGATIVE to an allergy to oranges (which is good cause I LOVE THEM!!!) and I have no problems drinking pure OJ... but when I eat one my lips get all tingly and numb. Any ideas WHY? Not like Im gonna stop eating them

    Not for a while since I been gluten-free for so long... so on gluten for 3 months be for being restest... so closer to Turkey day. Its been a saga thats lead me to the decsion to do the glutne fro 3 months followed by a re-test.

    redheadheather, Odvilously its very hard to say much based on your posts , but your not telling the typical ADD/ADHD story. Based soly on my experence with ADD/ADHD families, and etc, I would say your posts do not sound like a mother with an ADD/ADHD child. If you do not have faith in your doctors , get new ones. You need to get Iron/etc tested...

    Nah we dont disagre that often... but I think in this case it might be more of a misunderstanding then a disagreement. I think I might have misread your intent, cause I would never say let a techer diag a child. I always suggest at least TWO inddpentent diags from non-school connect officals when I console ppl. Sorry if we had a missing connection there!

    Let me clear one thing up, school is about the most cruel place for a child, reguardless of any issues. Peer teasing is rampaent, and you dont need any "lable" to get it. Once you leave school you CHOOSE to go whereever you go, and do what you do. If you choose to stay in envrioments where what you are gets you grief, then thats your call. IE How many...

    Not true. Not at all. As I siad, I am ADHD, and I have other simualr "lables". In reality, if one wants to exploit the system the labes are a HUGE benifit.     Childern clear up extremly fast. How long has he been gluten-free? Has he been check for iron deficient anemia? That often shows up a s result of celiac disease and has very simular symptons to ADD. How does he respond to CAFINE? Does he seem to focus BETTER or WORSE with sugar/cafine ? As an adult with ADHD, I am here to answer whaterver questions...

    They can take pictures with the Endoscope though, and still need biospies.

    My GI doc talked to me about doing this not that long ago. But he told me it has a very low rate of successfully finding anything and he only does it if nothing else turns anything up. So I told him, NO THANKS. Not paying a $500 copay for that kind of return thats for sure.

    My dog, Little Joe, I got as a rescue from a dog rescue group here. He was found in a cage... with no food or water, behind a house that some ppl who were renting... jsut LEFT one night. Did not pay thier rent, or anything. Left him to starve to death in cage!!! He is such a loving happy friendly dog, I dunno how anyone could do that! And his story...

    In reality the answer is yes. ANY food restriction is tough.... till you get used to it. For example, when I started the aktins diet few years ago (was about 40 or so pounds over wieght), it was TOUGH to give up bread , candy and etc... but now, years later, and proper wieght...
