  1. I have another doc appt. next week. I forgot about my back itch. That has gone since going gluten-free and my head itch/burn has finally eased off since changing shampoo, conditioner and hair gel. My head will itch all over if get CCed or have a wheat reaction but it will go away after a few days.

  9. I saw that movie the other day. So good. I had pasta with sirloin meatballs and a tiny, tiny bit of tomato sauce. I am slowly adding tomato back. So far it has been ok.

  11. I love to make fricos and pipe in a mousse such as goat's cheese with chives. Fricos are simply made - just grate some Parmesan, place in a little pile in a circle and bake.   15. I did a crock pot pork butt and made some tortillas and had little sandwiches with some enchilada sauce. Apple, celery and dried cranberry salad. Now I am bloated and gassy, first raw apple in three months. Should have had soup.

  19. last night i made pork chops in the crockpot w/sauerkraut and PIEROGIES (or pierogi, if you will) - potato, onion & cheese and used the bette hagman pasta recipe again. boiled then fried w/onions and mushrooms. time consuming? yep. worth it?   24. I make my own, almost everyday. Quinoa Flat Bread 1 cup Quinoa flour ( you can switch it up with other flours) 1/2 teaspoon Xanthan gum pinch of salt 3/4 cup water Mix it up, it will be like thick porridge.   25. I am new so I am not sure on that but I do know that migraines can be caused by many other things. Chocolate, alcohol, especially red wine, too much acid, tomato, juices and tea. Caffeine is a big migraine trigger for some and cheese and nuts and severe weather changes, lots of things. Many years ago I had migraines daily and just kept taking pills and after...
