    The Pizza flavored Glutino Breadsticks are good with shredded mozzerella cheese, baked in the oven with a side of spaghetti sauce. That's what my son has on Pizza night.

    Yes. I want them! I'm going to go to the book store today.... I know no one in my "real life" who shares my facination with diet and health. I love talking with people who carry on a conversation I'm interested in to areas I didn't know existed when I began yapping. It's so fun here.

    I think baked lays contain gluten?? I never let my son get those because one time I thought there was gluten. I never triple check myself, so I could be wrong. Am I?

    I do. Bring your own food. You can bring food into the park for the people with Celiac. Other than that, you can leave your food in a cooler in your car.     You said she was eating the dairy a LOT. Maybe it was just more than she can handle. My son needed to be dairy free for 9 months after being diagnosed with Celiac.     Geez, this is making me remember when my son was diagnosed. He'd just turned three and he'd been in writhing pain for 2months. It was awful. I never want to revisit those days again!

    Ok. This is not crazy...it's totally true. I was using Corningware or Pyrex...The big clear glass, lasagna type of tray in the oven. I took it out of the oven, put it on the counter and the thing BLEW UP. Shattered into a hundred million pieces.     Why do you need non-stick?? I use the stainless steel by Bella Cuisine. Nothing sticks once you spray Pam all over it. I've had them for yeeeeaaarrs and I expect I'll have them til I'm dead.     I really liked the articles, especially The Answer. It was compelling reading for anyone, not just Celiacs. Anyway, I'm curious why there are no credentials listed for the Dogtor. He mentioned having attended a good college and assured the reader that he is a professional. I'm just feeling the lack of specifics in THAT area.
