  1. Still eating left overs. Spaghetti and the Chebe gut bombs, Chicken Loaf and Turkey Breast. Too many options so maybe skip dinner
  2. I get the Donato's pepperoni at the grocery store. they are certified, and doctor it up at home. Even my gluten eating Hubs loves it. I put sauce on again, double the cheese and any other fixings you want. Colleen
  3. These are the appropriate tests. Total Serum IgA tTG-IgA tTG-IgG EMA-IgA DGP-IgA DGP-IgG I can't tell from what you posted what your values were for the tTg IgA and is it saying that tTG IgG has been identified? Are the - negatives or just a separator. Neg ANA means no active inflammation going on most of the time. Colleen
  4. Does anyone have experience with the finding of "fundal adenomyomatosis" . "Mild wall thickening and punctate calcification of the gallbladder fundus which may represent fundal adenomyomatosis. The biliary tree is nondilated. Thanks, Colleen
  5. I have 2 Dogs, 2 Birds, 1 Cat, 3 Koi in the pond, 5 fish in the tank and a Husband. I need another animal like a hole in the head.
  6. NatureMan. I have split your post off of this established thread into a New Topic. You may get more relevant replies. It can be found here : https://www.celiac.com/forums/topic/109055-excess-fat-and-oil-in-stool/ Colleen
  7. Made some Chebe cheese gut bombs....yum. Will go good with the Spaghetti
  8. I think I'll throw noodles, sauce and meat in the KFG and see if it becomes a spaghetti
  9. Absolutely Addy. When I started water therapy my therapist warned me. I took it real easy and still was sore the next day. A little goes a long way.
  10. Hi Sara and Welcome to the Forum. Just a note to future readers of this thread. No Celiac can safely take a burger off of a bun and eat it, super-sensitive or not. As for wines, I will let others SS's answer you. Again, Welcome. Colleen
  11. Hi Paul and Welcome. You really peaked my curiosity here. I searched and seached, nothing that says this is safe for Celiacs. I don't understand the gluten-free claim either. Hopefully someone else will have some info on "Barley Starch". I would not use it without knowing more, if at all. Colleen
  12. I would recommend water therapy for chronic pain. Most YMCA's have warm water therapy pools. Also, Almond oil is a good carrier oil and smells wonderful. Colleen
  13. Hubs is the golfer, he was grounded for about 4 months because he had 3 neck discs replaced but he's back at it. I had to stop some time ago. I drive the cart and take pictures of the beautiful course. The chicken loaf turned out awesome. I have never had tomatoes with chicken before. I really liked it. Hubs even liked it, he had TWO servings.....
  14. Hey Ken. I moved you to other intolerances so it wouldn't get lost in all the Publicity posts. Colleen
  15. Easy recipes are always wanted and needed It's his Addison's, He's been sleeping around 15 hours a day. He just has no energy. When he does we try to hit the golf course and relax and have fun. He's been feeling so well this summer so he's kinda bummed. I got him a bucket of chickens the other day, but now I have to cook
  16. So every one but me knows about rice in meat balls and meatloaf eh? Hubs probably knows, him being the cook around here. I'm just pitch hitting because he's down today.
  17. No Cranberries. I have a thing about sweet stuff being separate from other foods. The sweet and sour stuff makes me cringe too. I'll report back
  18. I saw the cranberries and my assets puckered I really liked the rice for the binder instead of bread stuff. Never heard of it before. Put in fresh onions and peppers. I don't like ketchup on my loafs so I chucked that one. I made up my own diced tomatoes with italian seasoning. Was plenty moist. It's in the Crock. Happy Happy
  19. Perfect. Chicken Loaf it is....Thanks Karen
  20. Chickens loaf sounds good. Never made it with Chickens before. Mexican food...well...I don't eat it much Can I make a chickens loaf in my KFG?
