    Just a quick note on the thyroid. Some will give a normal range of 1-3 or 1-6. With someone that has no symptoms that would be fine. When your autoimmune system is whacked then it helps to refine your personal "Normal" range. I feel my best with it a 1 or so. If it goes up a point I feel it. Might be worth your time to take a look at your results and...

    I've done the towel turban for migraines. I'll rig up anything if it has a chance of helping... I've strapped on my sacroiliac belt and stuffed ice packs in that too. Squirmy, I would think you know how to strap on ice anywhere... Colleen

    If nothing was found then no need to post. Fat malabsorption can be found with a stool test but who knows if they were looking for that. Also have them check your Thyroid function if you haven't already. I had debilitating migraines too. I have many less now but still as intense. Don't get discouraged. This is a long process and you've got a good start...

    Good that your doing the biopsy too. Post your blood test results so you know if they did the complete testing. SO GLAD your pup will be trained for you. She will give you great comfort, both emotionally and physically. Question...did they do an occult fecal test? You need to cover all your bases. Colleen

    Perhaps a biopsy is in order? It would be invasive but would also be telling. Did the report say they were calcified cysts? Did the report say what type of splenic cyst it was? Any parasites involved. I'm sure you have googled about these and have the same questions as I do. And ummm, splenic cysts can cause nausea, belching, indigestion....basically...

    Many are gluten free. Just read the ingredients to double check. I believe Listerine is gluten free. You can google the mouthwash to read it's ingredients before you go to the store if you'd like. Colleen

    If I get got, my symptoms in some way, shape or form last for about 3-4 weeks. Many friends with multiple AI's also have long recovery times. It's why some of us Veterans on the Forum are so careful and know so much about Celiac. Once the immune system ramps up it can take awhile to calm back down. Pre-diagnosis symptoms may return.     Bought a half dozen readers last evening...and found my Sunglasses after I bought a spare Was able to find the Kentucky Kernel breading in the pantry and had breaded chops. Making that strawberry concoction today....maybe blueberry. Steaks for Dinner with Spinach Salad. Colleen

    One of the few times I've eaten out I got glutened. I was doubled over before we left the table. It was very early in my diagnosis and I've learned a lot since then. I assume it was cc from the kitchen as I was very careful on my end. Colleen
