  1. Hi Ezgoindude. Jay has not been active since December 2013 with only 3 posts made. He may not be back. You can start a new topic or see who else responds to this one. Good Luck Colleen
  2. Are you combining the Chron's Diet and the gluten-free diet. Stick to Whole foods, no processed items. Start taking a good probiotic. You may feel more severe symptoms if your getting gluten. Some times the symptoms will evolve to different symptoms. Have you read the Newbie 101 thread under the Coping Section. It is a must to get a handle on this...

  4. I sent a pick of one of the little bastids and she practically screamed in a message!
  5. I had those monster worms completely decimate my maters last year. My garden place I go to said "Seven" is really the only thing that can destroy them (except stomping of course. So far this year I haven't had the little monsters but I still only have blooms, no maters yet. I check those plants every day to look for the little aliens! Colleen
  6. Can potatoes and sweet potatoes grow in Ohio? And how about squashes? I can put some stuff in the ground but my herbs and maters are in containers. How long do dried herbs stay fresh in an air tight jar? Colleen

  10. You really don't have to learn how to swim. Just paddling around and using a float thing and kicking will help. You can walk the length of the pool swinging your arms by your side (waist high water so hands get in water) Do it backwards and sideways. Hold onto the side and do leg lifts, front, back and side. Knee bends. Use the corner, hands out, elbows...
  11. Maybe that is exactly what happened to the "Blue Man Crew" guys that do some sort of music. They will be forever blue, sad isn't it. Colleen
  12. Hi Blu. Keep in mind that lymph nodes can swell because of a virus, infections, out of whack immune system. I'm sure a blood test would be sufficient for a cancer check. And yes, further checks could be appropriate. My lymph nodes swell regularly on my neck and under my arms too. If the swelling goes down within a month if should be fine. ...
  13. Fibro symptoms are almost nil at this point. It's only when my immune system is going crazy that I get some symptoms back. Colleen
  14. Make sure and find out if you should take the Seroquel tonight. Good Luck, Colleen
  15. Hi Savanna and Andrew and Welcome to the Forum. Start with the Newbie 101 thread under the Coping Section. This will give you the proper starting point and procedures, read the links too. Also, look for a good Probiotic. Eat only Whole Foods for a while and skip the processed. Drink lots of water. Look into a digestive enzyme if you think it might...

  22. In my opinion, it is important to have a diagnosis so a possible other cause isn't missed. There are so many cross-over symptoms that shared with other diseases, conditions etc. Of course if a Challenge debilitates you then it should be stopped. Colleen
