  6. The first list is 2.5 years old, and doesn't include any brand names "Shurefine" (which I'm assuming is their store brand?) This is one reason why "lists" are a problem.

  15. Thoughts: Organic products can still have "stuff" on them, just not certain stuff on them. If common allergens, like wheat, were normally on produce, then people with true anaphylactic allergies would likely have discovered this. Testing strips are not necessarily accurate.

If she is IgA deficient, they may order the IgG based tests (in particular, tTG IgG instead of tTG IgA).   21. Enjoy. You will love it and wonder where its been your whole life. I just finished some homemade muffins, made from the Better Homes and Gardens cookbook, and the only difference was a one-to-one substitution of the BB gluten-free flour.

  23. Oceangirl - there are a few gluten free dog treats at the pet store that I've seen. I'll share them when I go next time and see if you have the same brands near you. Patti - I do fine with Glutino, but there are other gluten-free companies that I do not tolerate. I don't know what it is, because it doesn't seem like gluten, but one of the companies...
