    I think that you will find a larger portion of members here self-diagnosed or have a spectrum of gluten intolerance, than those with MD diagnosed Celiac Disease. It would be interesting to run a poll.

    I'm a quiter too Knowing myself as I do...I kept a half/opened pack of cigs in my freezer. I alway knew they were there, so that I would not panic knowing I didn't have any in the house. I think it gave ME to power to not to smoke them. I threw them out a year and a half later. Welcome Raven!

    I found all four today and they just jumped in my cart. I made the cookie mix and baked it in an 8x8 pan, added (another egg), dried cherries, coconut and pecans.......totally decadent!!!

    For those that are newly diagnosed, a good dose of dairy can simulate gluten symtoms.

    Kraft will list all gluten on their ingredient listing. Dole canned fruit is gluten free and Cool Whip is gluten free. Pecans in themselves are gluten free. Dairy might bother you if you are new to the diet and still healing.

    We must have similar taste Anne. I was never a bread eater either, but do like the nutty taste of Whole Foods Prairy Bread. The closest WF is two hours away, so it's alway a treat for me.

    I can't help you with dosage, but I do recall several people here having issues with probiotics. I did initially. I do take Nature's Bounty Chewable Acidophilus wth Bifidus. It is milk free and gluten free.

    Are your claims that of Stevia containing gluten? I don't use the product, but I am sure that other would like to know. This Stevia website claims it to be gluten free: Open Original Shared Link What is your concern regarding accuracy?

    As mentioned, if a product WHICH IS IMPORTED into the US, is also required by law to list if wheat is a source in Maltodextrin. Barley, rye or malt are not required to be listed. Do you know the the source of the gluten?
