  18. Kraft will list all gluten on their ingredient listing. Dole canned fruit is gluten free and Cool Whip is gluten free. Pecans in themselves are gluten free. Dairy might bother you if you are new to the diet and still healing.

  22. We must have similar taste Anne. I was never a bread eater either, but do like the nutty taste of Whole Foods Prairy Bread. The closest WF is two hours away, so it's alway a treat for me.

    I can't help you with dosage, but I do recall several people here having issues with probiotics. I did initially. I do take Nature's Bounty Chewable Acidophilus wth Bifidus. It is milk free and gluten free.

  25. As mentioned, if a product WHICH IS IMPORTED into the US, is also required by law to list if wheat is a source in Maltodextrin. Barley, rye or malt are not required to be listed. Do you know the the source of the gluten?
