  1. Burt's Bees lipsticks and lip balms are all gluten free. Many MAC lipsticks are gluten free, but always ask the consultant to look up the ingredients. Clinique Lip Surge is gluten free AT MY LAST PURCHASE (others are not - again ask the consultant to look up the ingredients)

Raven had the answer to knowing if you are in menopause, get your hormone levels checked. And perimenopause can last up to ten years before the full onset of the big "M". I started at 35 and not sure it was related to Celiac or not. Oh, forgot to add, that after I was diagnosed I would often break out into a sweat during a meal or snack. I finally...
  4. I'm sure that not all gluten free meds are on this list. But, yes, Prilosec OTC and generic Omeprazole are gluten free.
  5. This might be helpful. This list is updated very frequently. Open Original Shared Link
  6. Well, simply put, no. Temps above 500 would render a burnt pizza and a smoky kitchen. The "vaporized" gluten, along with every other organic substance in the pizza is turned into carbon dioxide as it burns. So, no more gluten and no more pizza. p.s. recondensing the pizza, less the gluten, into a liquid isn't an option.
  7. People are not recommending the CureZone and Dr. Clark, at least not people from this site. Open Original Shared Link
  8. Some people accumulate a gluten free product list. I was desperate for a list in the beginning to make my life easier. But, most companies do no put out such lists. In the name of progress, ingredients change from time to time and there can be no long range verification of a gluten free product. In the long term, it's better and down right essential...

  11. Just to clarify further....Maltodextrin in the US is corn derived. If it is other it will be listed as "Maltdextrin (wheat)". In other countries it may be made of wheat and not be listed.
  12. Hi and welcome: Here is the Celiac Panel you should request from your doctor: Anti-gliadin antibodies (AGA) both IgA and IgG Anti-endomysial antibodies (EMA) - IgA Anti-tissue transglutaminase antibodies (tTG) - IgA Total IgA level You should not begin the diet until after you have been tested. As others have said, the blood test can rule...

It may or may not be gluten free. It also could have been cooked in a fryer that cooks other glutenny items.
  15. I totally agree!!! But I think most of the e-mails are comming from third world countries. I have several from Kenya. AND I NEVER OPEN THEM UP. Don't you wonder how they got you e-mail in the first place. It's driving me crazy wondering.
  16. Thank you for posting this information. This is another reason to always read the labels.
  17. What were the ingredients? Other than your boyfriend getting sick from one bite, what do you base this information on?
  18. "Lame Advertisement has them for less than 1/2 the price ..." I believe that would be A.M.A.Z.O.N.com (it's our site safeguard )
  19. Hum, yeah...that's pretty tough. I guess you have to be prepared to pull out something wonderful and gluten free. Times like this will pop up from time to time. Ya gotta handle it with class babe! Then go home and eat 3 plates of Ians Chicken Nuggetts with Ranch dip. That mom was a little bit thoughtless, but ya can't do anything about that. ( really...
  20. "From my perspective, getting them to give us completely accurate information 100% of the time so we can make our own informed decisions is the only way we can both live in a world obsessed with things we cannot eat and still be responsible for making safe and healthy choices for ourselves." ............. Sure, Sandi, that would be great in a...
  21. Welcome It does make sense that you doctor has ordered the blood panel. Many times biopsies can be hit and miss. The small intestines are lengthy and it would be easy to overlook effected areas. This is the Blood Panel that you doctor should order: Anti-gliadin antibodies (AGA) both IgA and IgG Anti-endomysial antibodies (EMA) - IgA Anti...
  22. Ooops....Forgot to say thank you Respira for this information.
  23. I also agree. Whenever I eat out in a restaurant, I take 100% responsibility for my health, what I choose to order and what I put in my mouth. The risk is mine.
  24. This is not good news for the Celiac Community. If this law suit trend continues, you can look forward to no more gluten free menus in restaurants, no more gluten free labels on products and no more advancements in gluten free products. Look forward to more CYA statements that will leave you with doubt about what is consumable and what is not. The...
