  8. My understanding of IBC root beer being gluten-free is from my Colorado gluten-free products list. It states that all IBC root beer is gluten-free. The information is a little over a year old. My guess is that the food starch is corn. However, the box has a toll free number that I can call. Hez

  15. I am so sorry you got sick Eating out is always risky, no matter where you go. My guess would be cc with the salad or the steak (susupect salad since you hadn't had much of your steak).   16. I used to live in Texas and frequently had the Coke-a-Cola from Mexico. I loved it! I was not gluten-free then so I am not sure about the gluten-free. Wishing I lived in Texas again. Hez
  17. It takes awhile to research but you will find that alot of hard alcohols and the majority of wines are gluten-free. I would start by deiciding what drink you like best (assuming you indulge before your birthday) and researching the drink.   23. My very supportive dh had a difficult time getting his head around this as well. However, when he saw how sick I got at a party from only a slight amount of cc he seemed to understand.
