  1. My son is cf sf gluten-free and red meat free.The intresting thing is he starts growing after eliminating all these protein from his diet.

Hi, Please be strong.We eliminated all diary.no milk no cheese ....and it gets better.My son is 13 years old so it was easy to explain.if you reduce sugar it helps a lot too. my son had eczema and sinus problems for more than 10 years ,he could not sleep properly and was tired in the morning ,he was among the short children in his class,now he sleeps well...
  3. You may have forgotten things you learned in analytical chemistry. Think about a simple subject as Na+ in NaCL and NaOh. So what Ursula says is very much scientific. elisabet
  4. For my son it took 6 weeks.The first 5 weeks thins were up and down.now every thing is just fine.Hope you can continue at least in 6 weeks,my son is just so different now. elisabet
  5. Yes she says she can have bread and cheese in moderation.
  6. I thought millet is a no no for celiacs .It contains gluten.
  7. My son had very dry skin,after eliminating casein,gluten and soy,his skin became very soft.He gets the eczema patches if he gets glutened.
  8. Hi, I tried to register how often my son become sick.(cold ,flu,...).and find out that it has a pattern of once in every 6 weeks.has any one else experience the same.? thanks Elisabet
  9. The best way to test is an ELISA test for Ige and Igg.
  10. Dont worry at all,he will grow.my son was among the shortest in his class,at age 11 he started Gluten-free Casein-free,diet and amazingly now he is among the tallest.

  12. Wonderful news,good for you. as I posted before ,my son s teacher said that she was celiac and after 4 years in a Gluten-free Casein-free diet,she could have them in moderation ,I don t know if she had any biopsy or not but I can ask her and post it here. best of luck

  15. my son is on gfdfsf diet and still has IgE mediated symptoms,I am consindering use of some antihistamin drug. has any one using steroid or any antihistamin drugs to help ?thank you
  16. How is your folat after taking b-complex,I mean does she take any blood test to see how much of the vitamins enter your blood stream?

  19. Hello everyone, has any one had hair loss due to be glutend,if so how long does it take for hair to regrow? my son has some food at school and he was glutened. I find a small bald patch on his head today.I hope it will regrow soon. elisabet

I talked to one of my son`s teacher ,and told her that he can not have casein or gluten,she said that she had the same problem when she was 18 years old,she had eliminated all wheat,casein and meat from her diet for 4 years and then she reintoduced them and did not have any problem . now that you mentioned it I have heared it too. but there is a theory...
  21. I just wanted to give an update on my son `s finger problems.We did a blood test,his b12 was low-normal. We gave him some b12 for 8 weeks.and he is much better now. He used to play flute 2 hours a day,but he couldn t play scince nov. He felt that he wants to try it again yesterday,and he played for 30 min without any problem. He played 30 minutes today...
