ARCHIVED Can I Trust All "gluten Free" Labels?
caro7 replied to CeliacMommaX2's topic in Gluten-Free Foods, Products, Shopping & Medications
I am not really an expert on labels but, I do not buy anything that is made in a facility that process wheat. I feel it is safer not to take chances, your children are so young they cannot tell you if they have minor problems. Stay with whole foods or certified gluten free. At least that is my opinion. -

The first time it happened was years ago, I could not figure out how to start my car and had to sit for a while and think of whereI was. MRI came back normal also. -

I use Goats milk all the time with no problems...I started using it right after diagnosis, after having problems with dairy. Try a small amount at first and see how you react to it. It is really expensive, but what isn't. Good luck. I also use Goats milk yogurt. -

caro7 replied to alihawk's topic in Post Diagnosis, Recovery & Treatment of Celiac Disease
I suffered with constipation, I still do once in a while. When I am constipated I feel very unwell. I have to say it is less often now that I am gluten free.....Maybe it will get better after you have been gluten free a little longer, it takes a while for things to get more normal. Hope it happens soon for you. -
